Buddhist temples and architecture follow the indigenous styles of the culture in which they are found. For example, the Lama Temple in Beijing is a Chinese architectural style, but is a center for Vajrayana Buddhism. Conversely, in Bodhgaya, India, all of the Buddhist countries in Asia have created monasteries, guesthouses and centers in their own national style, like the Royal Bhutan Monastery, also located there.
